I posted on FB I was looking for a ticket, dude said he had one available. We agreed on a price. Used Paypal. Dude never sent the ticket. I asked him about it. He blocked me.

I didn't. I had good faith he wasnt going to rip me off. I called Paypal and they told me just call my card though. My card should be able to place a hold on the payment.
