2 days ago I was basking in Hawaii on vacation in 30 degree heat (Celsius) and enjoying life....

…Now I’m back in New Zealand and its winter and raining and I went back to work today and it sucks

Fuck life insurance (although they earn huge commissions).
Nah I do business and commercial (fire and general insurance).
My clients range from retailers to manufacturers to truck fleets and large contracting companies with mobile plant etc

I contract to the company I work for.
I'm on pure commission.
Im a bit of an anomaly as most people in the company are employees on a straight salary.
Out of about 800 staff nationwide there are probably maybe 20-30 contractors like me.
Our company is owned by AJ Gallagher in Chicago

That sounds scary but you’re probably paid monthly right and the only variability is when an existing customer drops out. Are you actively trying to always get new members?
