I have these red marks that look like bug bites that have been slowly spreading over my whole body the last few days. They look like bed bug bites  but I cant see any in my bed and none have been caught in my traps so idk what it is

No I dont have bedbugs, hence the they arent in my traps. We got them to see if we did have them. But we cant find any. The traps are litarlly just sticky pads of cardboard. They get stuck in them when walking around the bed

It might be bed bugs... Certain websites say you might not see them for a while, even with traps and other obvious signs of them (blood streaks in sheets, and physically seeing a bug, etc).
