Its really affecting my eating habits too. Sometimes I only eat one meal a day, and Im fine. Sometimes I'll eat two, but then get hungry at like 3 in the morning.

Just start adjusting yourself to eating right. You can eat at work. Theres really no excuse for only eating once a day.

I can just eat lunch right at my desk. I usually just keep working while i eat lunch.
