I bought a recliner, picked it up myself. Had a tarp, guy said don't worry about it the plastic is on there tight enough to hold. Flies off immediately as I turn into the rain. Get the fucking thing home and it's broken anyway. Call explain my situation and they offer to deliver a replacement for free. Gets here today, I lean to the left one time and it breaks. They offered to pick it up, told them I'll gladly take it back myself, get my money and fuck off.
