Slayer > Ozzy (the dude's getting too old) Cannibal Corpse > Motley Crue (they're all old and get worse each show they play) Behemoth > Rob Halford (It's not Judas Priest, it's just Rob and a few other guys)

Can't prove an opinion wrong. Everybody has their personal preferences. Some like the Ozzfest lineup, some don't. Some like the Mayhem lineup, some don't.
"Slayer < Ozzy (Slayers a borefest) Cannibal Corpse > Motley Crue (CC's a borefest) Behemoth > Rob Halford (i'll take the legend over a band that nobody will give a shit about 10 years from now anyday, and I love Behemoth btw.)"
The funny thing is, quite a few years ago people said no one will remember Rob Halford, here you are 30 years later saying he's a legend but saying no one will remember Behemoth in merely 10 years.

why would people just a few years ago say a guy who's been around for 30+ in one of the biggest bands in history not be remembered?
"If Halford is a legend... imagine nergal 30 years from now"
are you really comparing what Behemoth is doing today to what Halford and Priest did 30+ years ago? If so take the victory, cause I will not participate in such a stupid argument.

The nature of Halford's legendary status is and will be completely different from Nergal's. Halford's status is going to be that of a founding father, because that's what he is. Nergal's will be just remembered as a fantastic musician and greatly influential.
