I personally loved the reboot a lot. I really liked the way Spidey was portrayed in the movie as well. It was just like comic spidey \m/

Also I can't wait to see what Paul Giamatti looks like as Rhino )

I've seen 'The Amazing Spider-Man' more than any movie in the last 5 years. My son watches it up to 3 times a day. Little fucker swings from the strings from the blinds in the living room cuz of that shit. 'ASM 2' will prolly be the first movie I let him see at the theater

I've been skeptical to see it just because the best review I've ever heard is "it's alright..." lol

I enjoyed the first two so whatevs

I wasn't interested at first. I still think its a dumb idea to reboot so quickly, but Raimi's 'Spiderman 3' was a fuckin travesty and this reboot at least gets some of the lore they skipped in the first series right. I never understood how Raimi was supposed to be a 60s Spider-Man loyalist, but went right into the Mary Jane relationship. The only things that bothered me about the new one were Denis Leary as a New Yorker and Flash Thompson in general. Aunt May is a tad underdrawn, but at least isn't hokey and annoying like the old one. Overall, I give it 3.5/5

Saw Oblivion and The Place Beyond The Pines. Oblivion was terrible while Pines was really good. Although the third act wasn't as good as the first two.

Saw The Incredible Burt Wonderstone at the cheapskate theater last night. Was hilarious stoned as hell but idk if it would've been all that good normally.
