yay, get to see Hatchet 2 this weekend, as its playing at the theater closest to me, as since the studio decided to release it unrated, its in much more limited theaters then usual. heres the list of theaters http://www.hatchet2.com/ Oh and since it is unrated, they prob won't let anyone under 18 in, so for you kids, tough shit And for those that have never heard of it, heres a sampling of the first one
According to Deadline, Sony Pictures has selected their Zombieland and Easy A star Emma Stone to portray Peter Parker's (future) love interest Mary Jane Watson in their next Spider-Man film. The site claims the studio will "imminently offer" Stone the role, one of two female leads in the film.
The second female lead is Gwen Stacy, with Dianna Agron (Glee), Mia Wasikowska (Alice in Wonderland), Georgina Haig (Wasted on the Young) and Dominique McElligott (Moon) said to be the finalists for that role.
The site says Gwen is a "plum part for the first installment of the 3D Marc Webb-directed reboot of Spider-Man, because she is the first love interest of the high school-aged Peter Parker, played by Andrew Garfield. Mary Jane -- played by Kirsten Dunst in the Sam Raimi-directed trilogy -- becomes more pivotal in the later installments of the Spidey saga."
Filming begins later this year for a July 3, 2012 release.
