It is. I actually was lucky enough to see it in theaters. I have it as my 2nd best movie of the decade behind There Will Be Blood. Its an amazing movie and since i assume that your a fan of gangster movies.

City of God yeah. there is no english dub, and plus 99 times out of 100, dubs suck. Usually they sound very corny and don't really match the tone of the movie
