Don't think there's that much wrong with him now, he just needs to get his confidence back.
I think there was something physically wrong with him the first half though. My theory is that he had a blister of some sort and since Bochy for some reason thinks that he can't win without giving Lincecum 8 innings each week, he intentionally left him in the rotation. That means that it can't heal properly. 2.5 weeks after the break he's just fine. He's pitched a lot better lately. He's had Quality Starts in 4 of his last 5 starts, and has a win in 3 of his last 4.

now today it took a 5 minute argument to finally get Joe tossed...sum bullshit...also tho the yankees have had 4 ejections this year all against the tigers \m/

You can't pitch to Melky the same way you can Miguel. His OBP is so high because he leads the MLB in hits. RBI's are a BS stat, because they aren't comparable, because of situations. Besides, if we're getting current, I think Posey's been the best player in at least the NL since the break. Is there some Detroit catcher who's kicking ass too that we can argue about?

I wouldn't have argued against it if someone said he was 'roidin. I didn't look at his stats till today but they're definitely suspect. It's a shame, I really liked watching him play. It's weird though, he's still not a power guy even with the steroids. You'd have thought it'd make him slug better, but he's just gotten better at making contact.
