Alright. I probably will since it's in August rather than July (my clusterfuck concert month).
By the way, are you (or anyone else on here for that matter) going to the 311/Offspring Irvine date? Because I know for sure I'm going to that with my friends.
If I can go to all the concerts I want to in July, it looks like that will be a busy concert month 7/14 Death Angel 7/16 Cool tour 7/20 Iron Maiden 7/21 Warped Tour 7/30 summer slaughter
Lineup is leaps and bounds better than Mayhem this year (and for me better means there is one band I'm even remotely interested in), whether I go or not will depend on the price:
Ozzy: Sure he's washed up, but I'd still like to see him. Halford: Wish it was Priest, but he's still a legend. Motley Crue: Never really liked them. DevilDriver: Don't care Nonpoint: Awful Black Label Society: Don't care Drowning Pool: Even more awful Kingdom Of Sorrow: Don't care Goatwhore: Like them, lot's of energy and newest album was stellar. Skeletonwitch: One of my favorites, seen them twice this year they are insane. Kataklysm: Good death metal band. Saviours: M-A says heavy metal, so at least it's not -core or nu- bulshit.
Had to expect Ozzfest would have some nu- stuff on it, as that's basically what it's famous for, but altogether they didn't put together a horrible line-up.
sparse dates. Nonpoint??? Why not Nickelback? or fucking Saving Abel? fuck this lame ass tour. Thanks for the memories Ozzfest. (97, 99, 07) but I'm out............
i like how people bitch that its like 4-5 hours away from them, count yourselves lucky.. EVERY show i attend is atleast 4 hours from me (one way). EVERY show doesnt matter if its a unknown band in a club with a 10 dollar ticket price or a geat big huge arena tour

Just FWI, it's looking good for me to go.

I'd probably plan on staying in the LA area for a few days and see if any other shows are there while I'm down there.
