The only reason I’m even remotely interested is because HBO did well with their Watchmen series. That was an embellishment on the prior canon instead of a rehash and it was really, really good. The sex and nudity is a huge red flag though. Sounds like Game of Thrones, and GoT went down in flames

I'll probably check it all I'm really in this thread to say it's that during my hiatus I took shrooms for the first time ever and watched Fellowship and Two Towers and that shit was intense lmao every time they rode a horse I kinds rocked back and forth and couldn't stop til they stopped galloping

Maybe I'm just jaded from Star Wars, but I just don't trust anybody aside from Tolkien with LOTR at this point. But we'll see.

I mean, it wouldnt be the first time they fucked it all up. The Shadow of Mordor games were pretty awful with how they handled Tolkien's story and lore. 

But games like The Third Age, and War Of The Ring were also decent, so idk
