Yeah there's a lot of other coins that I'd rather have than LTC. A couple hundred bucks worth of litecoin isn't really gonna do shit. I'm going all in on the dirt cheap coins that could double or triple in a day.
I had to download Kucoin. It's confusing as fuck and I hate it. Also you can't buy TEL with cash so you gotta transfer a crypto to Kucoin and swap it for TEL.
Every one of those cryptos is way up from when I bought it. You can call em shitcoins if you want but they've made me a couple thousand dollars this year.
If I gave you $1000 to invest in either bitcoin or DNT, which one would you choose? You could put all of it into BTC and just let it sit for a year or two and it would make you a good amount of money. But In the past month, we've seen DNT double in price twice. If you put that $1000 into DNT, you just turned that $1000 into $2000 in a week. Then you could take that 2k and put it into Bitcoin or gamble on other altcoins with your gains. I'm still in btc for the long run but I like playing around with alts cuz theres a better chance an altcoin worth 10 cents is gonna hit 20 cents before bitcoin hits 90k.
I mean, I'm obviously new to this, but my friend who's been at this for like 5 years now basically described them as fake coins/not real crypto. He considers them all a scam that "dont mean anything, but are fun to trade", and basically advised on just buying Bitcoin and Ethereum longterm.

Definitely stack that Ether. There are a lot of people who seem to think it’s gonna blow up like btc did in 2017. I think BTC would be a lot more attractive to people just jumping in if the price was broken down to Satoshi’s instead of full BTC prices.

I used to think that way too. I've been buying bitcoin since before Ethereum was even a thing and if you asked me what I thought about Ethereum a couple years ago, I would have told you don't waste your time. Now it's worth $1700. Investing in just BTC and ETH is still a smart move but there's a lot of money to be made investing in some of these cheaper alts.
