Not confirmed but i would take it as fact. The Asian countries always leak event info early because the Gaming Cafes want to advertise the events to get people to come in and play.

Yeah there was just discussion on reddit about something with the dates being off. Other people were saying the art doesnt look up to par but id attribute that to the quality of the image that was leaked.

Someone also put together that D.va's ornament spray from the winter event is wearing the kimono she is wearing for the Year Of The Rooster skin.
Genji, Pharah, and a few other characters were also wearing kimonos for their ornament spray so maybe that will be their pink tier skins for this event
