BTBAM do need to incorporate a light show or something. Personally, I think it's kinda drab to watch people play longasfuck songs with extended mellow passages without something else going on
BTBAM need to play shit off of that and Colors. Other than that I don't have that much incentive to see them especially if their set is Parallax II heavy/
Really though I'd love to hear Shevanel Cut A Flip live. I fell in love that song when I watched the Colors_Live DVD, and it was such a tease when they played an excerpt from it in the old shit medley they did in their fall 2011 tour with AAL and Tesseract. Their pre-Alaska material is pretty great but the production on those two records is just really bad, and Tommy Rogers has improved so much as a vocalist. I'd love it if they re-recorded those records. But yeah, bring All Bodies, Alaska, Roboturner and The Primer. Also I haven't seen Ants of the Sky live.
Fun Fact: I've never listened to Colors. I only have Colors_Live. It's because I was at Best Buy when I was like 14 and saw Colors and Colors_Live. Colors_Live was only a dollar more and I got a DVD so I got that. Never listened to the actual studio recorded version, just the live version. My friends told me it's basically the same thing.
I've told this story on here before, but my buttrock loving ex gf used to buy random cds all the time to try and be spontaneous. She always got really good shit but she NEVER liked it so it'd end up in my collection. One of the first things she got was Colors Live. I didnt hear the studio version for like 3 years.
