I'll give you mastodon are really talented musicians but clutch makes much more enjoyable music and blows them out of the water live.

Even if you like Clutch's style more, you cannot argue that Mastodon are far superior in terms of musicianship. 

Clutch's guitarist is solid as fuck tho.
