I'm not sure I'd be too concerned about this. If they took your guilt from DNA evidence from your identifying cotton swab or DNA test, it would be inadmissible in court. This is only for identifying measures, and even if it were used for anything else, they wouldn't be able to use it against you.
yet...
So basically, this thread has gone like this so far.
>the 4th amendment is dead >no it's not >not yet...

Yeah, which would be a violation of the 4th amendment. There's no way they could use it against you in court without violating the 4th amendment. That's why this passed, but not in it's entirety.
However, the article I read this morning in the WSJ paints a much different picture than this article did. It begs the question of whether the 4th amendment was violated in the case. I think it's very close to, if not violating it. But what this ruling is not a violation of the 4th amendment, and it doesn't seem like a slippery slope to one.
The patriot act even existing is a violation of the 4th amendment and they still use it, if you don't think they will circumvent it to use this database against people you're crazy.
We live in a for-profit incarceration state, anything that puts more ppl in jail is good for business
Eh saying he tried is pushing it if you ask me...he's been groomed to be president since the early/mid 90's...they all are...it's a shame how everything has become a cover up
