Seems like it should be episode 9, but I've also heard rumors of it being as soon as episode 7. GRRM has said he is either leaving the country for it or going into hiding someplace without an internet connection

Episode 9. Remember who shows up outside just as it goes down? There is another event beforehand as well first... standing on the back of a fool... Also, Roose just told Jaime to give his father his regards. It's still too soon, they haven't built it up enough yet.
