Seriously, the skinny jokes just make you look stupid now. Yes, I was scrawny after dropping all my weight and fat, but I've gained 22 pounds since then (167 to 189.) all while staying in the same low body fat percentile range (8%-12%), meaning most of it is straight up muscle gains. Go lift.

Fuck a haymaker. Haymakers are only good for sucker punching a guy in a bar when he isn't looking. The last bar fight I got into, some dude hit me with a haymaker out of nowhere when I was sitting on the edge of a pool table. He cracked me in the left side of the face as hard as he could. I jumped off the table and went after him and blasted him with a 3 or 4 piece combo. Security tossed us out of the bar and then I beat the ever loving fuck out of the guy in the alley.
what really happened: jobe fell off his bar stool, everyone laughed , proceeded to piss his pants and leave the bar crying falling on some ice in the alley
