Someone on my facebook said "Is there a new gun law about to be passed?" Fucking seriously? Can't stand people who blame every little thing on the government, including senseless tragedies like these.
Reuters is the best. Unbiased news. The way it should be
They're also running with Adam Lanza. I'm very questionable of anyone with a name right now. I just want news that's willing to be accountable for when it reports incorrect information, which should be nearly non-existant as is, but it isn't.

Also, now that it's officially the day after this tragedy, I'm going to have to say I don't understand anyone who fights for the 2nd amendment anymore. Not one fucking bit.
Had this debate today with a good friend of mine, and we talk a lot about this sort of stuff because we're best friends, and he's a pretty conservative guy. His list of reasons for the 2nd amendment included these exact quotes.
"I believe in freedom, Ryan." "There's no way that he couldn't get a gun if he were determined to get one." "If we made guns illegal, then only bad guys would have guns, people wouldn't be able to defend themselves." "People like to hunt. That's their right, you can't take that away from them."
I couldn't stop myself from yelling at him, not one of those things is more essential to the first inalienable right that the founding fathers agreed upon, long before ratifying the constitution. Life. If we want to deter people from gun violence, we make guns harder to attain. I'm in favor of banning them completely, but that's a whole other topic.
Fuck everything if I die and the 2nd amendment is still enacted the way it is today.
