Judging by the comic, I think Carol will anhero, Daryl and Merle will disappear after a while - allowing Tyrese to take his rightful place as Rick's righthand man, and Judy will die (obviously in a different way).
I've also heard that both the cutting off of Rick's arm will not take place, and the attack on the prison won't happen. We'll see though.
