the main reasons I got one are because I smoke a lot and I travel around the city a lot as well. In my life, Ive been part of a traffic stop seven times, and none of them were my fault. I also never really got shitty weed, but its also nice to not only know youre getting high quality stuff, but being able to pick out what you want for the most part. but like I was telling rex a few days ago, its all about finding deals because 20 bucks a gram is hella out of the question.
legally speaking, yeah, its fucked to hell. residue in a pipe -- not even possession of a usable amount in a bag-- is an automatic felony. doesnt matter how much you have -- its a felony. Ive even heard of some cops waiting for k9 backup to sniff out flakes on the floor. FUCKING FLAKES. I got pinched a while back and since Im reactive as fuck, I got my card and its well worth it. just sucks that I learned I have to bust out an additional 150 by friday morning lol.
and the big problem with getting pulled over is the ever present probable cause. fuck "probable cause." fuck it in the ass. for all probable cause is used, it may as well cover breathing.
