it's a stone that you put in the freezer... they are the shape of ice cubes and get cold like ice cubes... but when you put them in your whiskey they dont melt like ice cubes and dilute your perfect drink.

uhhh yeah. They are awesome. They dont keep your drink as cold as ice does... but it also doesnt destroy your awesome drink by mixing it with water. They are more like a good way to chill an awesome beverage.
any other brands you would recommend? i'm probably going to buy at least 5 different bottles before i decide if scotch is for me or not. price doesnt matter.
Sorry I missed this before - So I assume you are on a budget so I will steer clear of the really expensive bottles. But it should be noted that a thousand dollars bottle is going to probably taste better then a 100 dollar bottle. Maybe not to the causal taster but for sure to the consoeur. Anyways here are my best affordable favorite scotch (~100 +/- 50)
1. Glennfiddich (12/18 are both great) 2. Macallan (get the 18 year. it's amazing) 3. Ardbeg 4. Oban 5. The Dalmore
JD is gross imo, i dont like bourbon. i'll take crown royal over that. im not interested in mixing it with drambuie, straight on the rocks or gtfo. also i plan on trying more then just the one i bought. its just where i'm starting because no one i know is a scotch drinker to tell me where i should start
fukkin JD and Crown Royal... I worked in a liquor warehouse and that stuff was a pain in the ass to throw. lmao

was this what you were looking for? have you tried any of these already?
Nothing says class like pouring a 500 bottle of scotch into your own crystal holder. Buying an 18 year bottle of fine scotch and leaving it in the bottle it came in is like drinking a budlight out of the can. Sure... you can do it, but that doesnt mean it is to be done.
\m/ although fuck wine. shit is nasty and people who drink wine are.... idk... just... I just dont like wine snobs is what I am trying to say.
usually the only time i drink wine is if im hanging out with a lady. thats why i always keep a few bottles at my place. women love their wine and i love getting women drunk. once in awhile i'll have a glass with dinner if i'm at some ones house.
