i basically drive a pallet jack around a giant freezer. I drive to each bay, which is labeled, and build a pallet of boxes bay by bay. once the pallet is full i drive it to the dock and wrap it and then someone loads it onto the truck.. i have a certain time to build my pallet and get it out there and the times to hit are pretty difficult

thats probably similar to the place that I worked at but the place that I worked at was a union job so there was no turnover.
