Also, work has officially started on my 2nd mixtape. Gonna be titled either Lone Star or Solitary Confinement, and is gonna have a loose concept to the whole thing. Also gonna be mostly original production.
That sounds lazy though. Not hating. Your own beats and everything would be far more impressive than a mixrecording (happy satan) worst that happens if you get discovered re record with a producer

there's actually a difference between a true mixtape and what erik does anyway. he's just making demos. old school mixtapes were used to break artists/clicks/scenes, not just have some dude rap over other people's beats
I don't try to focus on the negative in things...but seriously at what point did the autotune come across as sounding good? There are a few instances where I dig autotune but holy shit that is not one. Rest was pretty cool though.

You mean the actual hook or the autotune itself? 'Cause it was originally non-autotune, and sounded dope, but I added it and loved it, so I kept it on.
Little snippet of something that I'm working on for the 2nd mixtape. This whole thing is gonna be completely different Musically, and some songs dip into all singing and an RnB feel, which I've been wanting to do, this one being one of them. Voice sounds fucked up 'cause I recorded it from the speakers off my phone, it sounds way better on the actual track and you can actually hear the vibrato, but you get the picture, lemme know what you think.
