- Kvelertak kick ass but their vocalist is a bit too spit-happy. I got a face full of it at one point.
I almost completely stopped being a fan instantly after constantly being on theirs nuts since st came out. Dude straight up hit me in the face with his fist. Apologized after the song was over and I later realized how fucking wasted he was.
cave dweller fucking brought it. one of the best local sets Ive seen in a minute.
toad had to cancel last minute
gigan were great, the set just seemed to drag on a bit. but they sounded very good, and they were nice folks too.
linkin park/sublime w/rome:
no shame in saying this
linkin park put on another great show last night. started a j during the opening song, and couldnt stop laughing for a good ten minutes because I was recalling all the words from memory from these songs I hadnt heard in years. people went wild too, show was nuts. the new material sounds awesome as well. I dont listen to them any more, but live, theyre something else.
sublime was alright I guess. sounded good, but ive never been that into them at all.
well it was free, but even if I knew that a band I used to jam were shitty live, I wouldnt go either. lp just happen to do a great live show. some bands I used to listen to suck live, like disturbed and death punch, so id pass on those.

Hey Todd fuck you kill yourself
Fuck that set rules
Got two Cantrell picks out of it too. It was a good night.
Butcher Babies was entertaining
Devil You Know was boring
Down fucking ruled. closed their set with Bury Me in Smoke with Charlie from Anthrax on Drums.
BLS bored me. Not the best setlist, and an agonizing 15 minute guitar solo to sit through.
Phil came back out and did I'm Broken for the last song which was sweet though.
I'm sure they were.

linkin park opened? )
@jlredwing13 :!!
no sublime opened, I was just too lazy to put them before once I typed it.
as if youve never enjoyed some throwback =;
:-??
I wouldn't pay money to see a band I no longer enjoy listening to, regardless of how much I enjoyed them in my youth.

Eh, I saw 'em when I saw with Tool in '09 and I hated it.
