Great and bad one. I have only 4 shirts that I cycle through until I get money for new shit 'cause everything else is too baggy, and I refuse to wear it. All my "skinnies", are no longer skinnies ahaha.
My jeans and shirts are starting to fit again! Lol I don't feel like a fatty anymore when I wear tight shirts....only about 10 lbs to go to get back into some old shorts
Well, skim is obviously best choice, but it's still not a "go-to" as a beverage. For instance, I only drink 8-12 OZ., which is already 80-120 calories just in that small amount, even with skim.
8 OZ. daily with my whey protein shake, and sometimes an additional 8-12 OZ. if it's on my nutrition plan for the day.
It depends on what your goals are. It's bad for losing weight because its pretty calorie dense, but its great for bulking up and putting muscle on (the gomad diet, or gallon of milk a day is big with people trying to get X-box huge) If your just trying to eat better it is better than soda for sure.
still at a min in a half, i feel kind of shitty cause of it thats why i havent been posting, but for real when i get to 90 seconds, i gotta walk, hopefully next monday i can step up to 2mins.
As long as you are still at it don't feel bad, everyday is an improvement. I get a little nervous for you when you dont post for a while, if you're posting I know your still running. Also, don't be scared to jump up in smaller increments... Run for 95-100 seconds next time, I know you have 5 more seconds in ya!
