I'm prolly close to 300 right now tbh.... I havent weighed myself in a while, but having winters off... I always get fat. The most I ever weighed was like 2 years ago I was like 340, then i got down to 250ish, then i gained the fucking weight back jerking around all day. At my wedding I was prolly like 280, so I gained 20lbs just in like 2months of no work. My goal is to lose 50lbs again, last time I did it in about 3months, but I went harddddd and ate healthy as fuck. I guess I'll try it again. XL shirts here I come.
i weighed 240 at the beginning of last year (when i got somewhat serious about losing weight and started playing an assload of soccer).... i weigh 200/205-ish right now.
run at least 2 miles everyday now ... although i haven't since Saturday cause i got sic.
180 seems like a good weight for me... i guess its what im striving for at the moment. I'm 5'10".
i thought we could motivate eachother and shit, kinda like who can lose the most weight type jawn... the fitness thread is different imo it covers more area, i just wanted to start like a competition.... I dont even know why I'm explaining myself, it's pretty self explanatory :-??
