Well, I won a Mayhem fest contest in 2008. It gave me 2 tickets,and 2 VIP passes to the Atlanta show and I was also the grand prize winner that got an autographed Ibanez Slipknot guitar signed by all 9.
They didn't have the guitar ready when I made the trip to Atlanta so I went to the Bristow show and got the guitar. I became friends with one of the guys that runs the tour, John Reese. He is the one that put us on the stage with Machine Head in Atlanta.
Now I have VIP passes given to me every year because I stay in contact with Mr Reese.
I know it sounds crazy but its all true. I even gave Magson and Raiderz my extra 2 VIP passes last year for the Virginia beach show.
I passing on Mayhem this year. I have Korn on the Jager tour coming this month. Lamb of God,Hatebreed,3 Inches of Blood on a one off show in August. So I will just go with that.
