it was awesome seeing tool but i zoned out for parts of it, even being up on the rail. the weekend exhausted me. third eye was amazing.
worked my way to the back of the venue during sweat to meet my crew and beat the crowd during stinkfist. right when I made it to the back I heard the opening notes of vicarious. wanted to fucking kms but at least I saw it
Told you not to ruin it by standing up front all day. Should have showed up late and made your way up there.
I didn't stand up front all day, I attended a 3 day festival and it was a 1-2 hour drive back to the hotel each night. I got to their stage at about 6pm before Cage started.
So if eulogy isn't played tonight/tomorrow we probably wont see it again. Really hope thats not the case. Maybe they werent happy with the performance? Maybe it was a tribute to Cornell.
They briefly messed it up i believe. Maynard could have not like the way he had to sing it.
Idk i just know they are perfectionists. They usually get noticeably upset/frustrated when something in their set doesn't go right. I know they have been having issues with Adams microphone thing for jambi as well as maynards talk box or what ever it is. Maybe they wanted to have all those issues sorted out first?
