I like the Metal hammer fan pack, but I wanna get a pack that comes with shirt of some type (limited run, etc..) anybody know of one like this? I couldn't find one....
I am sure they will have some pre order's with shirts coming up.

They do. It's at the Roadrunner booth at Mayhemfest. They will hand you a signed lithograph when you pay for it along with a code for use towards the purchase, whether you want a digital copy or a physical copy. I pre-ordered mine at the show along with the Megadeth pre-order.
