FORT MYERS, Fla. - An online video shows a prank some would say went too far.
Three young girls from Dunbar Middle school videotaped themselves tackling an 11 year old boy and taking off his clothes. The group can be heard laughing at times and mocking the boy as he struggled to break free.
"He stopped to chat with his friend and they thought it would be funny," said the boy's mother.
The child who we are not identifying is a 5Th grader at Ray Pottorf Elementary. His mom says she only found out about the video when her older son, who goes to school with the girls, said his friends had seen the video online.
"You take his clothes off in broad daylight, in the middle of a busy neighborhood and then you post it on YouTube to tell all your friends look at what I did. Crime or not, it shouldn't happen," she added.
Fort Myers Police says the girl would have faced misdemeanor battery charges, but that the boy's mother has refused to press charges. She wants the girls' parents to hand out a punishment instead.

I mean seriously... What if it was three 8th grade boys who stripped a 5th grade girl naked, laughing, mocking, and video recording it to put it on facebook..... I'd guess that those three boys life would be over.

thank you! I feel awful for the boy, but I am sooo pissed at the double standard. Can you imagine if the roles were reversed here? The 8th graders would have been charged as adults for rape.

I'm really hoping this news story takes off. Such a fail of a mom for not wanting to charge the girls. Mom should be charged for basically allowing this to happen to other little boys.
LOL @ the school not doing anything. fuckin' morons. those girls should be expelled. idk why the mother wouldn't press charges. the sad part is the parents of the 3 girls probably wont punish them at all. and i totally agree wake, if it had been 3 8th grade guys doing it to a 5th grade girl shit would hit the fan big time. they'd probably get charged with some form of rape, expelled from school, and probably like 5 years of juvi untill they're adults and who knows what would happen from there.

This shit is going to follow this kid around for the rest of his life. He will go to JR High and kids will post screen shots of this shit on his locker. It's going to be this big joke about him.... all because no one wanted to do shit about it.

5th grade? are you sure about that? Because I think my interest in girls started happening around 6th-7th. I remember for sure having big time crushes on a couple of girls in 7th and 8th grade, but I can't remember ever having feelings for a girl in 6th grade and before.

There was this dude in my 8th grade class... I have know idea if this is true or not, but it got out that his older bother walked in on him with peanut butter on his dick and their dog licking it off. Is that true? Maybe, maybe not. It could be a total lie on the brothers part because he wanted to be an asshole brother.
Anyways... for the next 5 years people would literally walk down the halls throwing cans of peanut butter over his head. He would open his locker and 30 cans of peanut butter went all over the hall. 5 fucking years this shit never stopped and at the Senior breakfast even a teacher said "This kid was voted most likely to be protesting a Skippy peanut butter factory".
I felt pretty bad for the dude. He got tormented for 5 years over something that might not have ever been true. I bet the same shit happens to this kid. The kids even have ammo.
