Ive said this before and ill say it again. The original forums were open to any and all. Sure we dealt with noobs but if they were nu forumish they never stayed long. But through all the trolls and noobs we always got a handful of cool ass people who joined aka half the members of this board. none of whom wouldve joined if the boards werent open registration.

Who all came from the nuforum that you so despise! Don't you get it? The popularity of new old forum exposed us to new people! It's the flow of people in and out that makes highly active forums like this one fun. Don't you miss the random xx49SLIPKNOTFAN83xx posters who would just say the stupidest shit for you to laugh and shake your head at? I miss that. New and stupid users are extremely fun if you don't take the net too seriously. However, if this thread is any exhibition of your thoughts on the internet, we'd disagree.
