that sucks.....you should try again at the public on sale. I've sat in section 8 row Z before...they're OK...little further back than i would like. you'll be able to see everything
How far back is row Z? I was looking at the venue seating chart and it says that sec. 8 is A-CC, so Z isn't the very back.
depends where you've sat for previous shows. i always sit in sections 1-3, so it would be far back for me. If you are used to the open air and lawn, it will seem really close to you. If you have a sasquatch sitting in front of you, you will have a good view of the screen over towards section 3

During 2010 I snuck into the very back row of section 11, so this is a vast improvement.
