is the game any better then platinum? I downloaded both black and white versions but havent got around to playing them or getting them to my son. I know when I give it to him, then I am going to have to play through it to lay the smack down.

Platinum was pretty mind numbing to play through.

I've never played Platinum. I only got my first Pokemon video game last year (Pearl), and then went backwards and got Red and FireRed, and now I have White.

And no, I've never played Chrono Trigger. Other than Pokemon, Spyro, and Sims, I really don't play video games.

Perl is the same game as Diamond and Platinum. Just as Black and White are the same game.

Really though... you need to move Chrono Trigger on your next game to buy for the DS. You really wont be a complete package until you have this under your belt. I really can't stress the importance of this game....

I dont think that is saying much... the other games so far have been fairly dry, dont you think? I would have never played them had I not felt the need to school my son.

Grrrrr I can't seem to catch Victini. I've lowered it's hp to as low as it can go and used a bunch great balls but no luck. I don't have any Pokemon with hypnosis. I guess I'll have to wait till I get some ultra balls.

Although I frequently substitute Lugia in one of the slots.
