i am seriously considering it. as it is i'm taking all the light bulbs. taking the knobs off the faucets, taking all but 2 screws off the glass screen door so its eventually gonna break off and to top it off i changed the locks since i moved in and i just sealed all the windows with screws. i'm throwing the keys away when i leave
the sign over was technically illegal, so he's still the owner and evicting me. the utilities are still in his name so in 2 days hes shutting off my electric and water.
