i am coming out of this so much better i don't even care that what hes doing is illegal. he can have his POS falling apart trailer back. big 1 bedroom apartment, 375 a month. water, sewer, trash included. actual police for security, WAY better location. ten minutes from every store i could need. they have a maintence team that will fix every problem i have. also they are putting a Brand spanking new out of the box oven in my place. \m/
