I finally got my ticket to day 1!!! Shit sold out in like 10 seconds... Fuck yeah. Tix are like $300 on stubhub, Jawn charged door price $40 hellzyeah! Now I it a ticket to both days judge ain't played since 1990 and will prolly never play again after this summer! Can't wait!
So last night I went to The Rumble (Day 1). It was retarded oversold. Packed wall to wall.
I got there during Vehement Serenade. Crowd was lame during them and they had some cool parts here and there but had no real energy inducing songs. Missed TT cuz we had to get my friend from work. Early Graves tore the place to pieces. Too bad the hxc kids stood there with their arms crossed their whole set. Xibalba wasn't bad. Second time seeing them. Few fights by the messican hxc people. There was a guy who was like 6'8 and was easily 350 hardcore dancing. Being on the edge of the pit I was kinda scurred. Nails ruled. Front row for them. Took a pic of their HM2 settings :-c The Killer wasn't bad and during the fight that broke out during their set, local promoter and guitarist Shane Merrill said "If you're gonna fight,I better see the people fighting kill each other and make the fight worth it, otherwise fuck off"

Yesterday evening Reign Supreme guitarist Dave Heck was stabbed by an unknown assailant while walking in his backyard. Notably, after receiving hospital treatment, Heck was able to play a show with the band last night. Intrigued by the matter, Lambgoat asked Reign Supreme for some details about the incident, and they relayed the following:
"Dave walked out of his house into his back yard. Some dude, we don't really know who, jumped him. Dave thought it was a friend, joking, then realized it was actually an assailant. Guy pulls out a knife. Dave goes, "What the fuck are you going to do with that?". Guy stabs Dave in stomach. Dave goes to hospital, gets some stitches. He's totally ok, thank god. Nothing serious, injury-wise, just a flesh wound. Now, hopefully kids who are into pretending they are from the streets will give our stupid fucking band a listen. Thanks."
Yeah it's stupid. It was some guy Dave like roughed up a little bit for beating on a girl in front of his house, the guy creeped and stabbed him, wasn't a bad wound at all. And they still sounded awesome!
The sound and fury lineup was beat, they couldn't compete with the bnb bowl, tih, ub, the rumble, and ect. Thankfully most of these fests are within driving distance from me. Still jealous of uk.
