I'm just going to throw this one out there, how about by the staircase after the entrance by the parking lot where the stages are. We could just stand off to the right or something and wait for everyone. I know last year me and my friend just happened to run into Mike and his friend before Hatebreed.
It takes a good half an hour for any band on the main stage to set up, I remember last year Korn took over an hour. Why can't we just take the pic after In Flames?

I won't be at any parking lot meetup, probably. Hatebreed was on the tour last year, so I don't see why we can't split a little early to get a better spot.

You have been randomly selected to receive one (1) VIP Pass to this summer’s Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival Aug 06, 2011 DTE Energy Music Theatre Clarkston, MI for completing the official tour survey.
Here is what you need to know about the VIP pass and how to pick it up:
The VIP pass comes with one (1) General Admission ticket (not a reserved seat). This ticket will get you entry into the venue. The VIP pass is a NO ESCORT NEEDED wristband. This allows you to go into the backstage production areas, but please follow ALL rules and directions from security and tour production when in the VIP areas.
You can pick your VIP pass and ticket the day of the show at the venue’s will call office, which is typically located at the main gate. The pass and ticket will be listed under your name and you must have valid picture ID to acquire it. The will call office typically is open 2 hours before doors, but each venue it different. If you have any issues with receiving your VIP pass at the venue please ask to speak with the Mayhem Fest Sponsorship Manager.
Please note we do not have extra VIP passes for your friends or family, also we cannot change the tour date you have selected to a different tour stop since we have limited passes per tour date. Thank you for supporting the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.
