that song is not the only thing of Madonna that she has ripped off. She pretty much is trying to replicate the same image and look that madonna was going for in the late 80's. that being said, I do like some of her songs, but just not really this one.

<_> obviously I took the class. she didn't completely copy. she doesn't have the exact same chord progression at all and the rhythm is different.

I'll admit, i'm one of the bigger (straight) Gaga supporters (and someone will say nuthugger) but the new one does kind of sound like "express yourself". But it does sound different enough to a point where Madonna couldn't sue. And prob, we'll get a statement in the next few days saying this was an "homage to madonna"

...it's not a complete ripoff, the chorus just is. and everyone takes influence and copies other people, its not a big deal. the chorus in this song sounds just like express yourself, express yourself is just slower.
