The heaviest I've been in was cannibal corpse. I wasnt even in the put lol. The next would be hatebreed at Mayhem. Most of the time I'm up front so I'm not really sure what the pits are like. I'm sure dying fetus is going to be crazy
Yeah Hatebreed at BRNOTD in October was the biggest I've been in. Usually, when I want to get out of a pit after a while, I just run out onto the sidelines. It took me a good two minutes (which is a very long time) to find an exit without getting pushed deeper in.
i've seen Hatebreed maddddd times. usually i cant even get out of the pit... if i want out i moveup towards the front, and end up being squooshed until theyre done playing, if i'm lucky and can make it that far. i end up protecting my face around the perimiter of the pit the rest of the show. when HB's playing i always make sure i have 2 bottles of water in my pocket...
Hatebreed and Cannibal Corpse at Mayhem were the craziest pits I've ever been in.
Slipknot at the Garden was actually very laid back in the pit. I was very comfortable on the rail. It was like people were just in amazement of the whole thing. The emotion for the band, the performance they put on. But it was still awesome. It was insane during the crazy test in spit it out. Other than that it was kinda laid back.
Far from it. The 04 show at warped tour web eclipsed anything I saw at hatebreed or lamb of god. They had a circle pit 50-70 yards wide going and during the last part of unholy confessions matt yells out " last chance to move fuckers" all I saw was fists and feet and people flying through the air. They were also touring waking the fallen and was before the vocal style change. Just about everyone in that area for avenged were wearing hatebreed and various other hardcore band shirts.
You may not like them but you probably also hadn't heard of them until city of evil. Everything changed drastically after that cd
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
