Hmm. If the full amount wasn't being paid I would evict as well. I may be an asshole but if you agree to pay the amount you better pay it. Also there has to be more to the story such as drug use or not keeping the house in good condition. Someone dun goof'd people don't just kick others out for no reason.

this is a sad thing for you britt. But on a happy note me and Judy signed a 600 check yesterday and we now officially own our trailer paid in full. now all we have to pay is a measly $110 a month lot rent and our garbage comes included in that. not too shabby i would say
