If it looks bad call an ambulance. If not she probably just passed out, and she'll wake up in a few hours. Try smackin' her around a bit (seriously) to try and get her to wake up. How much did she drink? How much is she usually able to handle? Just keep a close eye on her.

you could try sticking your fingers down her throat. a friend of mine tried that with me when i had alcohol poisoning when i was younger but it didnt work (i held that shit like a champ lol, sorry, innappropriate humor).

it all really depends on what you think cause you kinda have to judge on how bad things looked when she was awake. i wasnt there i couldn't tell ya with absolute certainty. if she passed out in a public place (like a club) thats not a good thing, maybe not panic mode yet but its something you should know.

Don't worry too much. Kurt has passed out on me many times without puking, I slap him around a little bit and make sure he at least gives me a response.
