These are all possible bands but mudvayne would be in like the 3rd slot on the mainstage not headline, mastadon would probably headline a sidestage or open up the mainstage again, darkest hour is no more, and if testament is on a side stage they will headline

All of those are possible, but I think they would move Mastodon up a slot because their last album was really popular and they've done much better touring-wise since then.

From what I've heard, Ozzfest is a less than desirable tour overall for bands in terms of amenities and flexibility. Different promoters treat the featured bands differently. I'm just saying that it's definitely not out of the question.
