They must have spent a shitload of money on the main stage, leaving them to book unknowns for the side stages.

Wait what? You know side stage bands have to pay to be on Mayhem right?

I know it has been explained before this, but yeah, Mayhem side stage bands have to pay too. I remember Behemoth in '09 was $80,000 but the record company gave them something like $120,000. The side stage headliners sometimes get a few dollars from the promoters. Just ask the bands, they will tell you.

Trivium deserves main stage, but their sound might not be that good. At least I can see them up close again.

i hope the Silver star stage rotates, and has Kingdom of Sorrow before in flames. That way, i can go in late, see KOS, Machine Head and In Flames, and not have to sit thru SS, SLS or Unearth. Trivium on main stage will be my shyt break

this is doubtfull but trivium is opening the main at my date. hopefully in flames closes the sides so i can get food between the stages and dont miss MH or trivium
