If that is the case, then it is very obvious as to why Gojira will not be seen on Mayhem or Ozzfest for a couple years. I remember reading that the only reason they did the headlining tour in late 09 was to pay for the half of the Metallica tour they were on.

honestly if i'm in a band that is big enough to do a tour or a fest, i'd pay to be in it. Its about the music, and the show, and the fans. not the money. Yea, the money is nice, but i'd rather be up there doing what i love.

Didn't read thread, but I'm going regardless. I like a lot of bands on there. Hopefully, if the 4th slot of the mainstage rotates, Trivium will take that at my date so I can see MH and In Flames up close.

However, my friend waited for almost a month before they finally put a warrant out on him, so you never know.
This will hopefully blow over, though. 85% of my friends are in legal trouble right now, and it's all connected. I don't want to end up like them.
