Great goaltending offsets a crappy powerplay. Thomas >>>> Howard,so goaltending wont bail the wings out

If you don't think Howard is a good goaltender, you haven't been paying much attention. He's not Pekka Rinne, but he's at worst in the top 10. The Wings missed him when he was out.
