I know what Hardcore is and I've heard Blood For Blood. BMTH is very Hardcore influenced and it shows in their Music. They're still Metalcore, but it takes after Hardcore more then it does Metal.
They're Metalcore. More on the Hardcore side though. AILD is Metalcore that is all Metal except for breakdowns, which are Hardcore. BMTH is Metalcore that is very heavily on the Hardcore side, rather then Metal.
I think you are missing the point. Your original post says hardcore bands and has bring me the horizon. I don't care way their influence is or if you think they lean more to the hardcore side or not it is an insult to lump them into the hardcore genre.
