The more I think about it, the more it makes sense that it's being held there in the first place. Marquee was only at about half capacity at most.

Well, I may not be a fan of The Dillinger Escape Plan, but they opened up for AFI and the singer scaled the rigging above the stage. He got his foot stuck and nearly fell and they security kicked them off stage, cutting their set WAY short. May not be a story about a "metal fan", but still pretty hilariously awesome.

When I saw Dillinger with slipknot in 05 he was kicking the amps off the stage toward the crowd and threw a symbol he ripped off the drum kit into the crowd
