do what you feel is right, if its going to bother you contact them, if you think you can just let go and forget, you can do that also. i know i would want to meet my siblings. good luck either way.
If your brother is 3 years difference from you, i think both of you have waited long enough to meet. If he was a lot younger than you, might use a little more tact, but everyone is of age, adults here.
